About Me

I’m a Caribbean woman, mom to an adopted dog, educator, licensed counselor, book lover, and Ashtanga yoga student. Since I discovered yoga and mindfulness in 2009, I continue to learn ways to embrace the messy and complicated aspects of life while finding space for ease, gratitude, simplicity, and hope. In this space I share life lessons on my mindful living journey, tips and resources on mindfulness and ways to take care of your mental health.
