I’m a Caribbean woman, educator, licensed mental health counselor, book lover, and Ashtanga yoga student. Since I discovered yoga and mindfulness in 2009, I’ve learned a little more about how to embrace the messy and complicated aspects of life while finding space for ease, gratitude, simplicity, and hope.
